I have been working with Oros & Busch Application Technologies, Inc. for over two years now and I must say they have been average in terms of their services. The response time to my queries has been moderate and the solutions provided have been satisfactory. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their expertise in certain areas. Overall, it has been a decent experience with them.
