Unreachable! A GoPro ordered and paid for via idea...

Unreachable! A GoPro ordered and paid for via ideal, but gopro indicates that it cannot see an order. Amount has been transferred to the logistics partner mode link, but they are unreachable! Very badly arranged and now ..? As you can read in the reviews, I am not the only one who is cheated on here with a gopro.
