JIM in sales is AMAZING! If you know what you want and don't need the typical upsell talk we've all come to expect from car salesmen, Jim is the man for you. Being a petite blonde girl, I had my defenses up when I arrived at the dealership - I wasn't going to pay too much for the car I wanted. Jim almost immediately started asking me questions - what do you want, price range, etc. Instead of wasting time looking at a bunch of vehicles I was never going to buy, we honed in on the colors and models I was already interested in. Then when I was between two cars, he asked a series of questions about my everyday needs for the car. By doing this, he helped me make a confident decision and I drove the car off the lot :-)
