I've been a customer of Oates insurance for a long time and I have to say that their service is average. While their rates are competitive, their customer service could use some improvement. The response time to inquiries can be slow and I've encountered some issues with claims processing. Overall, Oates insurance is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
