I had a rather mixed experience with Echo Point App. The user interface is quite intuitive and easy to navigate, which I found great. However, I felt that the app was lacking some features that would enhance the overall user experience. The customer support team was average in terms of their responsiveness. Overall, I would rate the app as average.
