I recently had the opportunity to work with Manufacturing by t&d for some custom windows projects. Overall, the experience was decent. The quality of the windows was satisfactory, but I was expecting better customer service. The staff was not very friendly and communication was lacking at times. However, they did complete the projects on time and the final outcome was acceptable. I would consider working with them again, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service.
