Disappointed! When we booked we were promised a free water park day, only to find that the water park is CLOSED on the days we are staying! My son was SO disappointed. Then they put us in a little suite a mile from the main hotel. It is cute and clean, with a working fireplace. We came at a very slow point in their year. The building we stayed in was almost empty, but they put us directly next to the only other family staying at these condos. The walls are extremely thin and the family stayed up until 11pm partying. At 1030 we called the front desk to ask to be moved 2x, and never heard back. The bed is very uncomfortable. I feel like we paid for a resort in the poconos but we got a failing business just trying to make everything look pretty to stay afloat.
