Stunning house and grounds, probably one of the most impressive sites in National Trust's portfolio. Be warned the house entrance is timed and needs to be booked in advance. Also the car park is a fair distance away from the buildings and is serviced by a shuttle bus. I'd advise parking at least 40min before house entrance time.
