Terrible experience. Rescheduled alteration appointments twice with almost no notice, including the final fitting the week of the wedding. For the final fitting the seamstress simply did not get the work done, despite having the dress for 3 weeks. The manager helped us get the dress done that day but the alterations were clearly rushed. At that point we just wanted dress away from them. We thought we were paying for quality but did not get it. The owner was very rude and would not grant us any kind of refund despite all the stress and unprofessional business practices.
