I would provide a negative star if possible. But to do a review I need to give at least a one star. Spyglass came into our company and did an audit on our telecom services. Worked with our current provider to get better pricing only for them to mess it all up and had our phone provider charge us 3 times the normal monthly fee. We paid them the fee for the "savings" that they had calculated...only for the whole process to actually cost us more money. Inquired about them doing something regarding the charges and no response. Would NEVER recommend them to provide any kind of service. Awful customer service and does not follow through with the commitment they are to provide you with.
