I loved working for express seed/green circle growers, I can't say that I appreciated my supervisor's lack of communication in the end, but the company itself overall was a pleasure to work for. I'm not the best fit for the job, my dream is to act and I model also as a single mom whose spouse passed away the schedule was very hard for me to maintain, so I accepted a seasonal position, but I can say that this is a good company to work for. They had a lot of employee related activities and they had a habit of acknowledging employees who performed well on all levels and in every position. This place had more parties than any other place I ever worked for and the prizes were even better. The owner of the company knew me by name and though this isn't a requirement it showed that he is still human and humble enough to know his employees by name. The people in the office were all pretty nice even my supervisor. They could use more diversity, but that seemed to already be in progress when I worked there. Even though, it is a smoke free property, somebody kept smoking near my car and tossing butts out which is something I didn't like. I believe in keeping the planet clean. Please smoke in your cars or away from the building. This is a business that takes pride in every aspect of the planting industry. Another benefit to working there were the beautiful plants that we got on a discount and learning about new plants/flowers. Thank you. Bless
