I have been a customer of Cox communications and electronics for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While their products are generally reliable, I have encountered some minor issues with their customer support. The response times can be slow and their representatives are not always the most helpful. Overall, I would say that Cox communications and electronics is an okay company but there is definitely room for improvement.
