I had a mixed experience with Impact Security LLC. While their customer service was prompt and efficient, I found their pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to other security companies in the market. The installation process was smooth, and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful. However, I did experience a few false alarms in the initial days, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would rate them as average.
