I had an average experience with Gcl-poly energy holdings limited. Their website gcl-poly.com.hk was easy to navigate, and the information about their products was clear. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
