Can we give nil star? Few months ago stayed at Equatorial hill resort or Copthorne ? the minute we walked into the room, the smell of staleness hits us! went into the rooms OMG the mattresses looked like never been changed or replaced since the resort started ages ago! its was FLAT, no bouncy feel or cushion inside and SMELLS !! checked out the bathroom OMG the rubber lining around the shower glass doors peeling off bit by bit onto the floor while showering, the bathroom door rotting at the bottom etc etc etc i could go on and on. WHAT ARE WE PAYING
MAINTEINANCE FEES FOR ???!!! Already been paying over 15 years for nothing. Will cancel my membership asap since we can't sell .
