I had an overall average experience with Copyscan technologies, inc. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found that the scanning quality was not up to par. The scanned documents often had blurry text, which was frustrating. I hope the company improves its scanning technology in the future.
