I recently purchased some camping gear from outdoorprovisions.co.uk and I must say I had a fairly average experience overall. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable, which is a thumbs up. However, the customer service was a bit underwhelming. It took longer than expected to receive a response when I had a query about my order. 🤔 The shipping was also a bit slower than anticipated, but thankfully the items arrived in good condition. 📦 The quality of the products I bought was decent, but not outstanding. 💼 Overall, I'd say the company is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivery speed. ⏳👍
