SUN TOYOTA IS GREAT! The 5 stars reflects my feelings for Sun Toyota.
My salesmen Ben dropped the ball. I was a little concerned when I first started with Ben because he knew everything, just ask him. It was so blatant I finally asked the question: how old are you . He was the most arrogant salesmen I ve ever dealt with and like most of you I ve dealt with more than my share of sales people. It was so bad that I will never forget this awful experience or Ben. I did everything over the phone and didn t waste anyone s time. I let Ben my salesmen know I would be in on Sunday at 10AM and wanted this to be quick. Ben stated that was great. Sunday my wife and I showed up at 10AM sharp and no Ben. Everyone at Sun Toyota were great that Sunday morning as they scrambled to assist us. The salesmen Eddy that took over was Awesome and I highly recommend him. This was my second car from Sun Toyota and my eighth Toyota. I will always go back to Sun Toyota even though I live in Land O Lakes.
