I had a mixed experience with Jackis Online Store. Some of the products I bought were of good quality and delivered on time, while others were disappointing. Overall, I would say the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the prices were competitive. However, the customer service could have been better as they took a while to respond to my queries. I hope they improve in the future.
