I was invited with my husband to Angelina's by good friends and our dinner experience was amazing so we decide to invite the following week other friends to enjoy the fine dining that this restaurant offers. I made reservation online for 5pm on Saturday and our especial request at the reservation was that we prefer a booth.
To our surprise the hostess took us to a close corner section and before seating I ask her to review our reservation because we ask for a booth. however; Ignoring my comment, she reply in a demanding tone that we must take the table indicated because the restaurant was all book and no other seats were available. We noticed that the restaurant at 5pm was 50% unoccupied and the majority of the tables including booth were not occupied for which I do not hesitate to let her know that we felt uncomfortable and she propose to call us the manager. When the so called manager came in toward our table he indicated that online reservations will not guaranteed booth seating preferences and that he will move us to another table, while we were in the process of relocating to a new table a distinguish warm voice came out of the distance indicating that he was able to acommodate us in a booth and he graciously hand us his business card for which I want to provide a especial recognition Nate Watt is the general manager and contrary to the two previous employees he was a gentleman and a professional that treated us with respect and dedication to make us feel welcome. The dining experience was once again amazing and I highly recommend Angelina's for italian food and fine dining. The service from all waitresses and bossboy is oustanding. Yes, we will return to experience fine dining but we will make sure to call ahead and reserve to avoid further incidents. If you encounter any problems contact Nate Watt he really cares for his clients. Thank you Nate you made the difference at Angelina's.
