I have been working with Paul e sernau inc for the past year and I must say, their services have been average. While they get the job done, I feel like there is room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall design could use some updating. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than I would like to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they are a decent company to work with.
