Chance assisted with installation of my new heat pump. He was polite and professional, and he and Andrew worked as a team. Chance went above and beyond as I often heard him offer to accomplish a task for Andrew. Both gentlemen took care to protect the floors and did a thorough job in cleaning up. You can't go wrong with Russell's.
