Purchased one pull up banner to test the company as we need thousands of posters and multiple banners to be made this year. Courier dropped off the banner and got a team member to sign for it. Banner was broken and cannot be used. In tiny print on the box it says to check package which my team member should have done. Called Banner Express and was told they would not do anything to help. Poor customer service and will not be using them again.
