We had booked 3 nights and 2 safaris through GTI travel. First they goofed by booking both morning and evening safari on the same day while we had clearly told them atleast 2 months in advance that we wanted 1st day evening safari as we would be tired with kids and getting up early might be difficult. We had requested morning Safari on day 2 which was also booked on day 1 itself. Further we had asked for 4 safari permits (2 morning and 2 evening) as
we were three families. However they just booked one safari each and assured all 3 families would be permitted and accommodated in same vehicle. However we realised that it can't be comfortable and hence had to split the team so that all of us are able to do atleast one safari. Further the forest person declined entry to all of us all names were not registered with them by GTi and we had to beg plead to get us inside.furher both our safaris were booked in same sone while se.had clearly asked for 2 different zones.

When we complained, there was no answer by GTi person Me Neeraj. Highly unprofessional and careless attitude. Would think twice before booking it though them.
