I recently used the software from scribsoft.com for my project. I found the user interface to be user-friendly and the features were quite useful. However, I encountered some difficulties with the customer support. Despite reaching out multiple times, it took longer than expected to receive a response and the resolution was not as quick as I had hoped. Overall, the software helped me accomplish my tasks, but the support experience left something to be desired. 🤔
