As a customer, I found the selection of vehicles to be quite diverse and impressive, and the sales staff were friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I did notice some issues with the vehicle I purchased shortly after leaving the dealership, which prompted a need for multiple visits to the service department. They were able to address the problems eventually, but the process seemed a bit lengthy and inconvenient. Additionally, the atmosphere in the dealership felt a bit impersonal, and I didn't feel particularly valued as a customer. 🚗 Overall, while my experience was average, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
