Terrible service!!!! My husband's car would shut down and not start for hours, this would leave him stranded. He took it in multiple times to have looked at and they were unable to figure it out so their advice was to wait until it does it again then bring it back in. My husband opened a case with corporate bc ne couldn't just keep waiting to be left stranded. Since then he has been taken care of but once he was my car stopped starting. We could not get my car started but a handful of times. I had to stop driving my car and borrow a family members car until mine went to the shop where I would be able to get a loaner since I paid the extra 2k during my closing for this service. I was told no loaner would be available for me. I told the representative that was not acceptable since I paid for the service... I'm confused because that 2k could have stayed in my pocket if I would only receive this as its available. I was told that a manager would call me back. I recieve a car from the same representative who then just repeats herself. I apologized to her bc I knew it wasn't her fault but ask her to please send me to someone who can help, she informed me that I would have to wait for a call. Three hours go by so I called back I was then sent to a scheduling manager who was one of the rudest people I have ever spoke with. She also told me I would get a phone call back and never did. I am now left with no phone call or car. Beware of false advertisement on their extended warranty and beware of terrible customer service.
