I would give this 4.5 stars because a perfect experience is rare for me. This was a very very good experience. I had the Belgian Waffle and shared the non-waffle parts of my friend's waffle combo. Food was fresh, the sausage large, tasty and reminiscent of an Irish banger. Eggs were cooked the way we liked. The waffle came with powdered sugar, which I don't like. The waiter whisked the plate back to the kitchen and shook off the sugar for me. Nice service!
I ordered a cold brew iced coffee, which I normally love because it is smooth and not too strong. This one, by Farmer Bros. however was very strong and bitter. I had to put a ton of creamer, sugar and cold water into it to make it drinkable. It was so strong, that afterwards, even with the doctoring and diluting, I had caffeine shakes. That was weird to me as I enjoy Farmer Bros. hot coffee and don't find it too strong.
It was busy and noisy but not so noisy that we couldn't hear each other. This cafe is clean, the seats comfortable but ambiance was nothing special.
I've been before and would return but would order something different to drink.
