As a customer, I had an average experience with Team Medic. The ordering process was smooth, but the customer service was lacking. The response time was slow, and some of my queries were left unanswered. However, the quality of their products is good, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, Team Medic is a decent option for medical supplies.
