Trayders is an average company. Their website is user-friendly and navigation is easy. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were times when my queries were not answered promptly, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, my experience with Trayders has been satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement.
