I had an issue with a shelf in my shower. They came within hours and took care of the whole thing, no problem. The two fellows who worked on it were friendly, professional, quick working, and completely thorough. I am totally satisfied with Tile Works By Rich and Sons - 5 stars! They did a fantastic job; we could not be happier!
