I got no updates from the staff or service dept for days. I would expect going into a weekend that end of day Friday I would get an update on progress so far but got nothing. Audi had my car for 5 days and didn't find the source of the noise. Returned it without a solution. Customer service reps I spoke to were rude as well. I was disappointed before at Audi San Diego and decidedly won't be back. I've been using Audi Carlsbad for 8 years and have never once had a complaint about their customer service.
