The consulting and research services provided by Megafon were satisfactory. While they delivered the required analysis, I felt that the team could have been more proactive in their approach. The lack of communication and follow-up was a bit disappointing. However, the quality of work was satisfactory, and they did meet the agreed-upon timeline. Overall, I would rate them as average.
