Had a staycation here over the weekend, and we absolutely loved it. the staff were super polite and very accommodating. I havent been on a holiday since the start of covid, so this was a very good getaway, and Shangri-la is really among the top when it comes to the level of service they provide. Some very nice gestures we appreciated during the stay

(1) they had a welcome note for us, as well as a welcome bottle of wine
(2) upon check out they gave us some nice farewell gift (an orchid!)
(3) we had some food that they just waived the cost

i think its these little things that really make a difference between the top tier hotels. all have nice facilities, but the staff here are really good. (and thats saying something cause i am a platinum Marriot Bonvoy member)
