I recently used the services of a web development company and I have mixed feelings about the experience. While the team at eTouch Solutions did deliver a functional website, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my queries, and some of my requirements were not properly addressed. Overall, their services are average, but I think there is room for improvement.
