As a long-time customer of Thrust, I have to say that their services are average at best. While they do provide what they promise, they lack in certain areas. For instance, their website could use some updates and their customer support could be more responsive. I have had a few issues in the past that took a while to get resolved. Overall, they are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
