Called needing service on a tire which is dangerously low. Selected "5" for Service. Was asked if I had done any business with FSO, answered No.
Was transferred to the answering machine of someone Out of Office until May 8th.

I'd rather not wait another week just to talk to someone about solving my simple problem, adding a week to whatever lead time they COULD have had. Tempted not to even leave a message.
