I have been trying to reach them by phone for two weeks. Have waited on call waiting line for up to 45 min.. Received a letter from our mortgage Lender that they would be taking over our mortgage loan. Does not look like a good start with this company. Don't even have a loan number in order to make my payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
