My experience with Troy has been excellent. I am a 23 year licensed Realtor, and I have had a LOT of experience working with lenders. We, as Realtors, rely on a lender to be communicative, problem-solving, timely with the paperwork and to close our clients' loans on time and as smoothly as possible. At times it becomes necessary for a lender to help a buyer work through some credit issues and kinks and Troy did this for the buyer on my listing this month. We are going to close on time because of all the extra effort and time he put in to get things done so that my seller could pack up the moving truck and get on the road to Omaha to their new house and new life.
