This was my very first time ever attending a pole dancing class & I had A BLAST! The studio was really cute & clean and everyone was so welcoming with such amazing energy. I attended the "Hello Pole" pole intro class with the instructor named Frankie. She was super sweet & helpful...her energy was so contagious. I definitely had a great workout but had so much fun while doing it...it felt more like playing & being sexy than working out. I woke upthe next morning and my body was so sore just the same as if I had gone to the gym, from using muscles I didnt even know I had LOL. But overall I definitely recommend this studio and I will absolutely be going back on a regular!!!
