I recently bought new carpet from Carpetisle flooring america and overall, I had an okay experience. The quality of the carpet is decent, but I encountered some issues during the installation process. The installers were not very punctual and there were some minor damages to my walls that had to be repaired afterwards. The customer service was responsive in resolving these issues, but I expected a smoother installation. It's an average experience for me.
