I rented a property through Independent for just over 18 months. For most of this time Kayla was my managing agent and she was outstanding! Any issues I did have (problems with appliances/plumbing etc) were always handled as soon as possible and I was always in the know about how they would be resolved. Unfortunately I had to break lease mid way through my second term and Kayla was a great help in this process. I received regular updates and my full bond back and Kayla worked on behalf the owner and myself to provide an outcome that suited everyone. It is very clear that the agents at Independent care about their tenants/owners and making sure the brand is viewed as a quality one.
