We had a wonderful experience with Marquitz. After getting the hard sell from two dealers in St. Louis we found Marquitz online and read the reviews. The minute we called we knew we'd found a gem. Denis Spires was our salesman and he went out of his way to answer lots of question before we made the big drive out to Troy. He even called me back to tell me about a small paint flaw he hadn't noticed. When we got out to Marquitz, Denis was professional and nicer than you can imagine. He helped us make sure the car was the right one for us, then made a really good deal for us. We can't say enough nice things about Denis. He sold us the car we wanted for a great price, all the while being as pleasant and helpful as can be -- what a contrast to the runaround we'd had from the sharks at the other dealerships. We worked with the manager, the accounting office and the maintenance department and they were wonderful, too. We couldn't get over what a great place Marquitz is. Thanks to all, but especially Denis. Great job!
