Online shopping experience is absolutely shocking!! Excuses and a bad attitude! Apparently time or performance of delivery isn't important to JDSPORTS!?! This a quote from a DM from Maria @JDHelpteam:
'time is not of the essence for delivery or performance...'
One of my orders has been lost and the other 2 are delayed and still haven't been dispatched after a week. Instead of doing their upmost to help me, Maria at the @JDHelpteam just wants me to know my delivery isn't important!?
Customer Service with JDSports in this instance is terrible!!!
