A Business Development Manager from S.A Armstrong ...

A Business Development Manager from S.A Armstrong was in an accident with my mom on October 16th in Orillia, ON in an Avis rental. He backed into her car and caused considerable damage. He fails to be accountable for the damage caused, did not follow through with arrangements with the collision center, and continues to be evasive on the phone.

My mom has been without a car for 16days, can not afford the deductible through insurance, and is no longer sure what recourse we have. She is a front line worker at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital, is 63 years old and has been walking to work for 2 weeks. This is highly unprofessional and demonstrates questionable character of this individual.

We tried multiple times to reach him today and it seems like it was a really big inconvenience to him once he finally answered the phone. He promised to call us right back...and guess what didn't happen?
