As a customer, I have had an average experience with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel. The program is good, but I feel that there is room for improvement. The mentoring matches could be better, and sometimes it feels like there is a lack of support from the organization. However, I appreciate the effort put into the programs and the impact they have on the community.
