I had a bit of a mixed experience with Distinctive Carpets, Inc. The quality of their carpets is great, but their customer service could be better. The salesperson I dealt with was not very knowledgeable and seemed uninterested. However, the installation team was fantastic and did a flawless job. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
