I recently used a staffing agency to find a job. The experience was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The agency I worked with connected me to various job opportunities, but the support from the management was lacking. The work environment and pay were acceptable, but I didn't feel any room for growth or advancement. Despite these shortcomings, I appreciate the agency's efforts in placing me in a suitable job.
