I had a decent experience with the logistics company I found on ddlogisticsinc.com. They delivered my package on time and the packaging was intact. However, I did not find their customer service to be outstanding. The representatives were somewhat helpful but lacked responsiveness. Overall, it's an average experience, and I'm satisfied with the service provided.
