I have been a customer of InfraGard North Texas Members Alliance for a few years now and I must say that their services are just average. They have helped me with some cybersecurity issues and provided me with some useful information, but overall, I feel like there is room for improvement. Their website needs updating and their response time could be faster. However, their team is knowledgeable and professional. I hope to see them making some improvements in the future.
